The Bistro's Head chef Philip Wilsons’ ethos is to use seasonal, local produce and to make as much as possible from scratch to enhance the flavours of the food. Phil has developed a passion for cooking seafood and this is reflected in the Bistro menus.

It's just a few minutes walk from Wadebridge Bed and Breakfast in the centre of town. The menu is mostly modern British food with a few international influences, a bit of nostalgia and a few modern twists thrown in.

The Stepping Stone.
Situated in Polmorla Road just a few minutes from Wadebridge Bed and Breakfast the Stepping Stone is fast gaining a reputation for serving some of the best seafood Cornwall has to offer.. With seasonal menus emphasising seafood, local meat and game, you can expect to sample the likes of fabulous Cornish crab, scallops and lobster specials as well as pot-roasted lamb shoulder and locally sourced sirloin and ﬁllet steaks. Lighter lunches are available during the week and a lunchtime roast is offered on Sundays throughout winter. The light and airy restaurant makes for a relaxed and elegant dining experience, and a great selection of wine complements the menu beautifully.
The café, with seating for 29 inside and 24 in the quiet courtyard serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and the best coffee in Cornwall.
In the evening the menu offers family favourites as well as daily specials, The Granary is licensed so you can enjoy a bottle of wine or just a glass, of course beer.
The air conditioned restaurant seats around 40 people and the menu contains a variety of traditional Cantonese dishes as well as a selection of well known Chinese ones; a comprehensive wine menu is also available. Try the “Sofa Sharer” – a selection of fresh fish which varies from day to day, but can include crab claws, mussels, scallops, prawns and the catch of the day. The menu also includes a home made Red Ruby Burger, line caught cod in Doom Bar batter, and pan fried hake with griddled red peppers. Restaurants in Padstow - Padstow can be reached by walking or cycling the Camel Trail, there is a regular bus service or a taxi can be booked for you - the fare is approximately £15 each way.

Good pub grub bar meals as well as a hearty restaurant menu and a good selection of real ales from Sharps at Rock and the Padstow Brewing Company.
The Malsters Arms is another traditional village inn in Chapel Amble about 4 miles from Wadebridge Bed and Breakfast. The Malsters has recently entered a new phase as it is now a "community owned" pub and restaurant.
They serve a tasty traditional selection of snacks at lunchtime and there is a full extensive menu served in the restaurant area.
They also serve a selection of three real ales, which are Doombar, Tribute and 1 guest ale, a wide range of wines which includes 5 house wines.
